On a cold evening, comfort can be wonderfully simple: a warm shower, dinner on the stove, a home ready to welcome everyone back. For more than fifty years, Taiwan TAADA Industrial Co., Ltd. has worked behind these everyday moments, bringing kitchen, bathroom and hot-water expertise to families and businesses across Taiwan.
Our roots are in a tradition of kitchen and bathroom equipment that values durability, thoughtful details and dependable service. Today, that same care guides how we select international brands, plan installations and support the people who use them. We began distributing Atlantic in Taiwan in 2016, connecting French thermal-comfort expertise with the realities of Taiwanese homes.
A water heater is part of a building’s life. Its performance depends on the water supply, electrical capacity, pipework, available space and the rhythm of the people inside. We bring those details together, from the first conversation to installation coordination and the years of service that follow.

The search began with something ordinary: white marks on a tap. Moving between Taipei and Taichung, we noticed how different water supplies shaped everyday cleaning. Service visits revealed another side of the same issue: heating elements coated in thick deposits. Feedback from our island dealers made the need for a considered response even clearer.
We brought those observations into our discussions with Atlantic. After nearly a year of dialogue and product selection, dry ceramic heating models reached Taiwan. The appeal lay in a practical detail: a ceramic element sits inside an enameled steel sleeve, protected from direct contact with the water, with future servicing considered in the design.
That is how we understand importing expertise: start with a local need, ask careful questions, and choose technology that answers them. Steatite heating does not soften water; the sleeve and tank can still develop scale. Water quality, suitable installation and maintenance remain part of the plan.

For some families, TAADA is the stove in a grandparent’s kitchen, the water heater in a parent’s home, and the first appliance a child takes into a home of their own. Our service team has watched those stories unfold. Among our colleagues are people with more than thirty years of service; one has visited three generations of the same family.
One customer called when his water heater needed its first repair after twenty years. The familiar face at the door was the colleague who had installed it all those years before.
